Avignon Festival Accommodation

Please read these carefully - we will be asking you to sign a copy to be clear these terms are understood and agreed.

You are required to leave the flat in the same clean condition as you found it.

There is a security deposit of 500 euro which if nothing is broken or damaged and the flat is left clean will be return. If cleaning is required it is charged at 15e and hour.

You will need to bring with you your own sheets and towels.

You will need to give us a copy of your insurance.

No smoking is allowed in the flat and if this happens you will fofit your deposit without negotiation.

Not more then the agreed number of people may stay in the flat and if we find out otherwise we will eject you from the flat and also keep all monies including your deposit. No pets are allowed in the property.

When booking you are required to pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% withing 8 weeks of arrival or if before 8 weeks 100%.

We take payment by BACS or credit card . If paying by card ( VISA or MASTERCARD ) we charge plus 2.5% , which is what we are charged.

In the event that you cancel your booking within 8 weeks there will be no refund.

In the event that you cancel your booking before 8 or more you will loose your deposit.

If you require to change your booking and we have no other booking for that time it may be possible to do this totally at our discretion.

You will be required to complete a booking form and attach to it a copy of your passport or identity card.

We will not be liable for any theft or damage for any of your property whilst you are guests in the flat or whilst your car is parked in the parking.

In the unlikley event that we have to cancel your booking, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to find you alternative accommodation however in the event we are unable the maximum amount of our liability will be the price you have paid us for your accommodation and we will refund your cleaning deposit.

In the event of any dispute this contract will be under English law.
